Attendees should stay at the Banff Centre. Price of accomodation includes meals.
KCAP has made a block reservation of rooms at the Banff Centre (Professional Development Centre). Reservations can be done through the following link: Banff Centre, and the room costs also include breakfast, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.
Travel Information
The Banff Airporter is available for transportation between The Calgary International Airport and Banff (and back!) with 12 departures daily in each direction. Wait times at the airport are minimal and you'll be dropped off and picked up right at your hotel of choice.

Visa Information
International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance. All visa inquiries must be handled by ACM HQ.
Please send your request for a letter in support of a visa application to supportletters@acm.org or ocorcho@fi.upm.es include your name, mailing address, and fax number, as well as the name of the conference you are attending, in this case, K-CAP 2011. (Authors of papers/posters should also include the title. Please note that ACM does not issue formal letters of invitation to any of its conferences).
